Someday Another Rug

Here is a second piece woven on the same warp as ‘Someday a Rug”. This time I wove the blocks in long vertical stripes to counter the strong horizontal nature of the warp rep structure. I think it worked.

Materials: 10/2 Pearl Cotton for warp, 10/2 Pearl Cotton and string yarn for weft, Glimakra Ideal loom, 8 shaft, countermarch, 20 dent
