Circular Knitting Needles

Circular knitting needles are your gateway to knitting-in-the-round, and enable you to make socks, sweaters or anything round, without seams. They can also be used for knitting flat too, in which case they help because you don't need to worry about stitches falling off the end, and you may get some of the benefit of keeping the weight of the project in your lap, rather than on your needles. Circular knitting needles are a wonderful and versatile tool, once you've worked them into your repertoire you'll find all sorts of uses! Also,  you'll come to appreciate the subtle differences offered by different needles. Having a good range of sizes is important as you tackle new projects, adjusting your needle size properly to work with your yarn and individual knitting style is the heart of knitting!
