Did we say Very Versatile? Well, we did and we didn’t. We love the “Very Versatile” Neck Down Hooded Pullover by Knitting Pure and Simple so much that we wanted to let lots of people know about it. So, we showcased it in an ad with Interweave calling it Very Versatile and showing all the variations we’d made using our fabulous Block Island Blend . Then, we forgot to update the name of the pattern on our website with that turn of phrase, making it hard (well… impossible!) to find. We are very sorry for the confusion – things should be back on track now, and, we are still in love with this pattern!

Hmm, now the only problem is which yarn to use… In addition to Block Island, Peace Fleece , is a wonderful yarn from a wonderful Maine company… and Casco Bay Worsted is an homage to the local waterways we are so looking forward to enjoying as summer approaches – a perfect fit for this pullover!

Remember, you can always come up with your own color combinations. Don’t be afraid to trust your own color sense. Now some of you do this on a regular basis, but others of you may need a little encouragement to get started. If you feel somewhat secure with you’re color sense but just feel overwhelmed with the possibilities when it comes to choosing you’re own colors, I’ll walk you through my approach.
