I always look at lace projects that “other” people have knit and I think to myself… I don’t have the patience for that, or I couldn’t EVER do that, or, how unbelievably beautiful!! If you have thought once or twenty times that you’ve wanted to learn the art of lace knitting then you have to take this class! Sandy Terp is a master knitter who has mastered the art of teaching as well. Sandy is known for teaching beginning lace knitters and has successfully done so time and time again. The “Analysis of Lace Stitches” is a beginning course on lace knitting, and the “Russian (Inspired)Shawl Construction” is a fancy way of knitting edges to your shawls while knitting the shawl itself. Don’t be deterred! Come join us and re-ignite this age old craft and be the one wearing or bestowing upon loved ones, ripples of lace fabric crafted by your own hands… If you have basic knitting skills you can excel at this class.
