Weaving on pot holder looms — um, I did that as a child and teenager, using whatever yarns I had on hand. After the initial package of loopies, I was on my own to create. The only help received was in finishing off the edges, and Once I learned that, I was truly on my own. None of my experiements exist any more, but I’m sure they were very tightly woven acrylic items.
Years later, after college, one of my weaving teachers had us make very large potholder looms for a variety of projects. That was very interesting, to work on a large scale.

Hi Deb, that’s great! I know many people must be doing this, just not a lot of posting on it. And yes, edges are interesting. For me, each square has been warped differently, meaning different edge finishing technique! Thanks for the comment, Amos
