• wide color range makes Shetland an easy choice for pattern weft for overshot coverlets
• well coordinated color choices including subtle heathers are ideal for finer weight Turkish and Fair Isle knitting designs
Weavers: For overshot use a warp of Homestead Cotton or our 5/2 Pearl Cotton at a sett of 15 epi. For all wool fabrics and blankets warp at a sett of 10 to 12 epi for a fabric with more drape after fulling.
