You will love Berroco's Flicker. Unbelievably soft yarn and its hidden surprise. Nestled in the lofty alpaca chain composition is a soft, glittering tinsel filament. Either gold or silver metallics are matched to each shade. Although gauged as worsted you'll find that you can make it work to a wider range because of its lofty construction.
Weavers - not recommended for warp due to extreme stretchiness but just imagine it as an overshot pattern weft with a light weight alpaca or silk/wool warp and tabby.
