One shot dyeing! - all auxiliaries are mixed right in making Country Classic Dyes quick and easy to use. These dyes fall into the category of acid milling dyes. They are most suitable for protein fibers wool, mohair, silk, angora, and cashmere, but also work well on nylon. All you have to do is dissolve the dye powder in about 3 gallons of warm water, add about a pound of fiber, yarn or fabric and simmer for 30 minutes. Country Classic Dyes are available in 33 colors and come in reclosable plastic jars. Each jar contains enough dye for approximately two pounds of wool.
