“ I recently ordered wool rug warp, and had a problem with the yarn, which I wrote to Halcyon about. I asked for tips on how to relieve some of the excessive twist upon removing the warp from the warping reel. I got an immediate reply from Halcyon herself, some tips on what I might be doing wrong and an apology for my distress. I went ahead and eventually used all of the warp, using her tips, and the second time around was much better.
