Made in Maine, Alosada wood buttons are carved by local residents in the community of Limestone. Carefully hand carved and expertly finished with a beeswax polish, these light yet strong buttons won't snag and will only look better with wear. Working with natural materials is a joy and a challenge as every piece of wood or fiber is different. Each piece is similar but still unique. From trees in the forest to a small piece in your hand, the wood in these buttons is a part of the Maine environment and a part of your story as you add it to your hand made pieces. Hand wash only, do not dry clean, made from natural materials.
