Koala – Gwynn’s new favorite yarn
At first glance, the colors can be a be a bit much but when knit into fabric they soften and blend wonderfully. The use of texture within a pattern also tones the fabric down quite a bit.
I wondered what it would look like if I used a solid contrast on my Knitbot Spring Ribbed Cardigan using the pink and pumpkin [Sorry, item discontinued or temporarily out of stock] so I knit the entire front band with a solid and capped off the sleeves to tie it all together. I chose [Sorry, item discontinued or temporarily out of stock] . The two yarns are perfectly compatible. It completely changes the character of the sweater and it was terrific fun choosing a color!
