These kits includes six super-cute mini skeins of fingering weight cotton and a free shawl pattern that offers both a knitted and crocheted version. Whether you choose to make the included project or not, you’ll love how soft this 100% cotton yarn is. We made the knitted version here at the shop, and it was a blast to see it work up!

Finishing was really easy too! We soaked the finished shawl in lukewarm water with a little bit of Soak Wash (3 oz) Celebration for about 45 minutes. After soaking, roll it up in a towel to help get excess moisture out, try not to wring or twist it. Then just lay it out on the floor or counter on a towel – no pins necessary. After straightening the edges and doing a little bit of smoothing and adjusting, I left the shawl to dry. Even with minimal finishing effort, the edges flattened out and the stitch pattern shows up beautifully.
