New Noro Obi – silk and beauty

This time of year gardens in the northeast are producing amazing things fast and furious… bush beans, carrots, basil, garlic, corn. But YARN? Perhaps only in my fantasies. Ahh, but wouldn’t it be fantastic to peel back the leaves of a big cabbage plant to reveal a lovely ball of yarn instead of a head of cabbage? I’m not sure where these thoughts come from, but I must admit my creative mind often wanders. So when the new big beautiful balls of color infused [Sorry, item discontinued or temporarily out of stock] arrived at the shop I couldn’t wait to grab a ball and head to the garden with my camera. Wouldn’t you love this in your garden?
