Chain Reaction Woven Scarf Pattern Weaving Pattern - Free with yarn purchase

Author: Emily Werner

This unique scarf is deceptively easy to weave! Strips of plain weave, alternating with warp gaps, leaves sections of excess weft, which are later crocheted up the surface of the scarf to create an elevated braid. Pattern includes instructions for weaving on a rigid heddle, 2-shaft, or 4-shaft loom. Requires a weaving width of at least 14 inches and a reed capable of 12 EPI.

Uses one skein of two different colors of Herriot Fine Alpaca Sock Yarn (2 skeins total).

Finished scarf measures approximately 9 by 60 plus an 8 fringe on each end.
