Winding a smoothly tensioned warp onto your rigid heddle loom can be challenging especially for longer warps or softer warp materials. Improve the quality of your warping by separating layers as they roll onto the warp beam with Ashford's handy, precision cut cardboard "sticks", just about an inch wide so 3 or more can fit per layer. These don't take up as much space as corrugated but do a great job and don't require you to mess with your own cutting. Though if in doubt, purchase the size at least 1" wider (2.5cm) than your weaving width and trim if necessary. For Ashford Knitters Loom 7 or similar.
