Asymmetrical One-Button Wrap Pattern

Our Asymmetrical Wrap is designed after our popular Sophisticated Weekend Scarf. It is knit sideways in simple garter stitch. The design alternates rows of a smooth yarn with rows of a boucle. This not only adds subtle texture, but creates a very light weight garment with incredible warmth.We've designed it with an off-set button closure for an added element of intrigue. However, if you prefer the more traditional symmetrical look, just place the button in a different spot. Better, sew two buttons so that it can be worn either way depending upon your mood. Others of you may eliminate the button and buttonhole all together, opting for a shawl pin or simply draping it around your shoulders.
