Description

Swedish-made cotton warp yarns have a very firm twist and are a smooth and sturdy unmercerized cotton that make for a great rug or tapestry warp. The natural color takes dyes well and this yarn's strength and twist gives your rugs a crisp finish. Create your own net bags using knit or crochet or netting techniques. These cotton warps are also known as Seine Twine or Fiskgarn. Available in 12/6 (finest), 12/9 (medium) or 12/15 (heaviest), all are a natural off-white color. (The second number refers to the ply count, thus the weight.)

Please note, the yardage shown in the product details refers to the yards per pound, nit the yards per tube. Each tube is approximately 500 grams (1.1 pounds).
