Needle felt a Chinese Dragon Tapestry. Artist Neysa Russo's designs come to life in this all inclusive kit. Clear step by step instructions will have even a novice needling up a masterpiece. Finished tapestry can be used as a wall hanging or made into a pillow or adorn a larger project. Kit includes instructions, piece of pre-felt, 2 felting needles, fiber to complete the design and needling board. Design comes traced out onto the wool for quick start. Design measures approximately 12"-14" square. Plan approximately 4-6 hours to complete.
