Small foot length (9") fits women's shoe sizes 6 to 8, men's 5 to 7
Medium foot length (10") fits women's shoe sizes 8 1/2 to 10, men's 7 1/2 to 9

X-large foot length (12") fits men's shoe sizes 13 to 14
