Very appreciative of your good service on my last order. One of the items was back ordered, and I was notified promptly by e-mail. When I asked a question, also by e-mail, I received a prompt response -- from a person. In addition, one part of my order got lost in shipping, and all I received was the empty envelope. When I called for help, I was able to talk to a person at the company who gave me instructions on what to do (send picture of package), and a replacement shipment was sent out immediately. Thank you!
