AVL 5.5" Pirn
End-delivery shuttles require special bobbins, called pirns which fit securely on the shuttle shaft. While they do not rotate, the yarn feeds off the end of the pirn in a non-tugging motion. They can be wound using single or double ended bobbin winders. Available in 5.5 in length to fit the 13 in Bluster Bay End Delivery shuttles.
