Schacht Hi-Low Drop Spindle

Schacht makes a well-balanced high whorl and low whorl drop spindle all in one.  Each spindle has a brass hook at the top for high-whorl spinning and a notched shaft for low-whorl spinning.

• The large spindle has a 4” whorl and weighs 2.7 oz. This drop spindle is great for novice spinners and for spinning medium-sized yarns.  
• The medium spindle (3” whorl, 1.8 oz) is also great for beginners, and for spinning lighter weight yarns.
• The small spindle (2” whorl, 1.1 oz) is best for spinning finer yarns.
