Who says summer can't be knitting season too? Knit out of a lightweight superwash merino such as Malabrigo Arroyo, the Flower in the Sun tank top is a warm weather staple. This flowy tank is worked from the top down, beginning by working from the top of each strap. Once the top pieces are completed, they are joined to be worked in the round to the end. Simple increases and clever design details create a flattering one-size-fits-many shape. Linen stitch maintains a tidy hemline while also adding just the right amount of detail. The straps are designed to be adjustable - just add two small buttons!
Size: S/M (M/L, L/XL); finished bust measures 36 (46, 56)" after blocking.
Gauge: 22 sts and 24 rows to 4" in St st on US 7 needles.
Yardage: 2 (3,3) skeins Malabrigo Arroyo, or 660 (990, 990) yards sport weight yarn.
