Featured Item: Malabrigo Caracol
Soft and slubby, super-snuggly, serious squish-factor: sink your needles into Caracol Yarn by Malabrigo. This delicious merino is a very loosely spun roving-style yarn that features a thin binder thread which criss-crosses the fiber to help keep it sturdy and give both the yarn and your finished pieces an amazingly textured surface. This thick and thin super bulky also happens to be a superwash. Simple stitch patterns are best as subtler designs will get lost in the texture and color. It’s perfect for a quick to knit cowl!
Regular Price: $21.95
Yarn: 100% Merino (superwash) • Wash by hand in cold water and lay flat to dry. 90 yards/150 gram skein.
Gauge: 2-3 stitches per inch on a US size #13-#15 needle. Weavers, this yarn is just too much for a warp – but if you’re feeling bold it would make a great weft accent, especially in a tapestry style wall hanging!
