Louët 8" Classic Drum Carder

Louët drum carders come fully assembled and complete with table clamps, doffer pin and doffer brush. The crank mechanism is entirely enclosed to prevent fibers from wrapping around the axle. The carding cloth has extra long, paired teeth that quickly make big thick batts for spinning or felting. It is great to card batts for layers for felt making and color blending can be done with success as well.

The diameter of the drum is 10" and the width is 7«". Produces approximately 1 oz batts. The carder clamps to a table and comes already permanently adjusted for you.
