The gradual color changes add interest for unusual effects like creating a muted patchwork look or selecting lengths of individual colors to use as a palette for your own unique intarsia designs.

WEAVERS: The subtle variation adds interest in warp and/or weft. Requires some caution as a warp but well worth it.

KNITTERS: Depending on the width of a knitted piece, the gradual color changes can result in unusual effects that we find exceptionally effective in entrelac work and in color work, especially eye-catching when paired with a solid of the same gauge.
