Schacht 18" Wolf Pup Floor Loom

The Wolf Series of looms by Schacht are versatile, durable and surprisingly portable! The 18" Wolf Pup is the smallest model of Wolf loom, making it exceptionally easy to set up and to move by yourself or store in tight spaces. It has all the advantages of portability while maintaining the best big loom features. 

An easy-to-use jack loom, the Wolf arrives mostly assembled and is very straightforward to maintain. Schacht's excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail mean you can weave for years to come on this thoughtfully designed floor loom.

The Wolf Pups feature jacks and lamms, like its bigger siblings the Baby Wolf and Mighty Wolf, allowing for easy tie-ups, simple maintenance, and a quick start since it arrives mostly assembled.

The Wolf Pup features the same sturdy X-frame and barrel-nut construction as we use for the larger Wolf looms. Though small and lightweight it features many of the same heavy-duty components: steel hub friction brake, brake release foot pedal, aluminum harness channels, and an attached beater pin, assuring years of steady weaving ahead. Available in four or eight shaft (harness) models, taller weavers may prefer the Height Extender versions.

Each loom comes with 100 heddles per harness and a stainless steel reed. Additional heddles and reeds can be ordered separately. You can also choose an optional "stroller" which is a set of wheels that make it easy to roll the loom around your home, studio, or even into a class. More questions?
