The Texsolv system for harnesses, shafts, and treadle tie-ups is so versatile that it resolves any tie-up challenge, from shafts to treadles. The polyester loop cord is a continuous length of "buttonholes" that can be threaded around various loom components and secured with either of the two styles of pegs: arrow or anchor. Most tie-ups require only the lightweight loop cord, which has a breaking strength of 180 pounds! The heavy loop cord is recommended only if you're working with a large rug loom—order by the yard.
