From the moment Malabrigo Mecha Yarn arrived at the shop we were captivated – gorgeous, deep, rich colors coupled with heavenly soft, squishy goodness in a pure merino superwash bulky wool. It wasn’t long before Barbara and Beth got to brainstorming. Although perfectly suited for hats, cowls, scarves and sweaters, they wanted more. They wanted to be totally enveloped in this luscious yarn.
It was at that moment the Family Favorite Throw(free with yarn purchase) was born. The easy basket rib pattern provides beautiful textural interest for the body, while a delicate feather and fan design and garter stitch sides frame the throw.
