After discussing our online color choices with the sales person she suggested alternate colors and another yarn weight (turns out we had initially selected the wrong yarn thickness). Before shipping the two yarns, the sales person went into their inventory to verify if our choices were in stock. Our order arrived very promptly and the colors/yarn thickness were just what our friend wanted. Had we not called before ordering we would have received the wrong yarn and colors. Your staff was very helpful in selecting the correct color/weight of the two yarns we needed. ”
