I received an immediate, personal response offering to add gift wrap to my purchase and a message. Not only that, but the shipping speed was amazing and it arrived in time for my friend's birthday. On top of all this, when I asked them to not send the invoice (with the price) to my friend, someone actually took the time to mail the invoice to me separately! Wow! I don't know much about yarn, but my friend is a pro (she spins yarn, weaves, and knits), and she just loved it!
