“ I have been ordering online for several years, ever since I vacationed in Maine and visited the store and fell in love! I have never had a problem with anything I've ordered, be it patterns, yarn, kits, etc. Anytime I've called with questions they have been answered professionally and completely while being friendly and making me feel like s/he would stay on the phone answering my questions for the better part of the day of need be. My only complaint is that your store is not closer to me. ”
