“ I placed my first order after someone recommended Halcyon Yarn in a rug-braiding Facebook group I belong to. My order was small - lacing cord and a Braidkin needle - and when it arrived, the needle wasn't in the package. It most certainly felt out of a tear in package during delivery. I was really disappointed, because I was working on my first braided rug and was waiting to lace it together. I reported the loss immediately to Halcyon and they sent me a new Braidkin, which I received very quickly a couple of days later. I think they must have sent it express mail. I'm super happy with the service and both of the items in my order - very high quality products. Halcyon will be my go-to store for future such craft-supply purchases! ”
