Problem: I ordered a color that had too few left in stock for the number I ordered. Halcyon let me know in time to order a different color with enough stock to fill my needs. Another store would not have responded in time to offer an alternative -- I know because that has happened to me with other online orders. Also, I want to recount that I can only visit the bricks and mortar every 3 or 4 years - but each time I get there, I am welcomed. I may not be remembered as a returning purchaser, but that does not hinder the level of service and courtesy extended to me. Sometimes, I mention that I have long been a loyal customer, but more often I just make my choices and pay for them without comment.
