“ EXCELLENT! I ordered a hard cover book with a dust jacket. Our mail often gets "rough" treatment, so new books arrive looking used. I requested that they pad the package VERY well, thinking the request would fall on deaf ears as it has with some stores. I was surprised! The Halcyon staff went above and beyond. They wrapped the book with brown paper and bubble wrap AND used a nice sturdy box just the right size for the book so it wouldn't get bashed around in transit. The book DID NOT look like it had been mailed at all! It arrived in pristine condition! PERFECT! The corners were not banged in, the dust jacket had no tears, indentations, or dirt. It looked like it was never handled at all. I was VERY impressed! In all my years mail ordering books, this is the first time I have received a book in this condition and packaged this well. ”
